Patricia Cerchio-Vieira's degrees range from business and technical types to holistic counseling and expressive arts.

During her 23 years as a U.S. Navy Officer, she held many high level, high stress positions, including being in charge of bases during 9-11 and base closure.

During these times she began her quest for unusual methods for stress reduction, teambuilding and problem solving.

Although her life mission has always been to help others to help themselves, her greatest satifaction is in helping people to discover and achieve their DREAMS.

Since leaving the Navy, she has continued her quest, which has taken her to four continents.

In 2003, Patricia founded Self Discovery Express, LTD, to help organizations and individuals to discover how they can be productive and effective while having fun too.
